Supplemental language to the National Master United Parcel Service, Inc. Agreement and Central Conference of Teamsters Area Agreement for the period through July 31, 2008.

Article 3 – Seniority

It is agreed that all of the above listed Local Unions have adopted the Seniority Language in its entirety, except as otherwise noted in the supplement, as contained in Article 3 of the Central Conference of Teamsters, United Parcel Service Agreement. It is also understood that each Local Union has adopted the Feeder Driver Annual Bid a provided in Section 13.

Automotive Mechanics – Maintenance Mechanics

It is agreed that these classifications shall relinquish all bidding rights to all other jobs outside their classifications of work. However, they shall retain all other seniority rights within their respective classifications.

In relinquishing these bidding rights the Company agrees to pay an additional twenty-five cents ($0.25) per hour over and above the negotiated contractual rate as agreed to in the Wage Schedule Supplement.

It is further agreed that this additional twenty-five ($0.25) per hour shall only apply as long as this supplement language is in effect and does not subsequently become a part of the Master and/or Conference Agreement. Should this provision subsequently become part of the Master and/or Conference Agreement then this supplement ($0.25 per hour) becomes null and void and the pay rate as negotiated through the Master and/or Conference Agreement shall apply.

Delivery Driver – Effective December 13, 1993

Delivery drivers pulling TP60 trailers behind package cars shall be paid eight cents ($0.08) per hour above package car rates for all hours worked on any day they pull a TP60 all or any part of the day. On days they do not pull a TP60 any part of the day, they shall be paid the regular package car rate of pay for that day.

If at any time in the future the Company and Union agree to anything other than this as part of the National Master Agreement and/or Central Conference Agreement, this Agreement shall become null and void and the terms of the Master and/or Central Conference Agreement would prevail.

The undersigned parties agree to the Supplements as described and herewith contained regarding Seniority, Holidays, Classifications and Wage Schedule.
